Pepperidge Farm Suit: Trader Joe's Cookies Too Similar to Milanos

Norwalk-based Pepperidge farm has sued Trader Joe's over cookies that look like Milano cookies.

Norwalk-based Pepperidge Farm sued Trader Joe’s in federal court over cookies that it says look too much like it’s prized Milanos.

The suit claims that Trader Joe’s Crispy Cookies mimic the overall oval shape of Milano cookies, according to Fox Business.

The Milano cookie was launched in 1956 and trademarked in 2010.
