NORWALK, CT - The five-year-old boy <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/norwalk/5-year-old-child-killed-norwalk-driveway-accident-0">killed in Thursday evening's driveway accident</a> on Wood Acre Road was Norwalk resident Peter Tinnen-Strmiska, according to Norwalk police.The child was struck by a car pulling into a driveway on Wood Acre Road at about 5:10 p.m., and Norwalk emergency personnel administered aid to him at the scene before transporting him to Norwalk Hospital.He later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, according to police.Wood Acre Road is off Bartlett Avenue in the Silvermine section of Norwalk. Police have not released the identity of the driver, but the incident remains under investigation.
