Proposed Oak Hills Park Bar Receives Support In Norwalk: Report
Residents were able to weigh in on a proposal for a sit-down bar at Oak Hills Park restaurant in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk residents were able to weigh in last week on a proposal for a sit-down bar at Oak Hills Park restaurant on Fillow Street, the Norwalk Hour reported. The proposal received qualified support during a recent meeting between Mayor Harry Rilling and Common Council members.
According to the Norwalk Hour, a sit-down bar within the restaurant at the public park and municipal golf course is not allowed under the current lease between the city and the Oak Hills Park Authority. Rilling has voiced his support for the bar so long as the concerns of neighbors are addressed.
