Prostitution Arrests Force Shut Down Of Norwalk 'Spa': Report

NORWALK, CT — City health officials have shut down the Emerald Day Spa on Main Street, following numerous prostitution arrests, reports The Hour.

In less than two years, the spa had been raided by Norwalk police three times, and complaints about the place from nearby residents and businesses piled up.

Over the past 10 years, the spa, which was formerly known as Nirvana Spa, was raided 10 times, according to officials.
