School buildings again will be closed Tuesday.
NORWALK, CT — Norwalk Public Schools will have a remote instruction day Tuesday, Feb. 2, as the city and state continue to grapple with the effects of a major winter storm, according to district officials. Schools were closed Monday.
All students are expected to be online at the usual start time for their school on Tuesday, but school-based meal distribution sites will be closed.
"We will continue to assess the weather patterns tomorrow, as well as the progress on snow removal throughout the city, before finalizing a decision on school for Wednesday," district officials wrote on Facebook Monday evening.
