Suspect In Norwalk Mass Shooting Threat Case Allowed Temple Visit
He reportedly will be permitted to attend the religious events at a King Street temple in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT — Brandon Wagshol, the 22-year-old Norwalk man who police said showed interest in pulling off a mass shooting, has been granted court permission to attend Jewish holiday services this month, writes the Stamford Advocate.
Wagshol will be permitted to attend the religious events at the King Street temple in Norwalk, Beth Israel Chabad of Westport/Norwalk, including Yom Kippur which begins today, Oct. 8. He attended the temple over the weekend on a trial basis, which resulted in a judge extending the permission into October.
Last month, Superior Court Judge Gary White denied Wagshol's request to get his computer and other personal items back from investigators, and the judge also kept Wagshol's bond at $250,000 which the defendant posted.
