Tee Up FORE Preemies: Golfers support TTMF

The Tiny Miracles Foundation held its successful inaugural spring golf event, Tee Up FORE Preemies, on May 14, 2018 at Oak Hills Park Golf Course located in Norwalk, CT. The mayor of Norwalk, Harry Rilling, kicked off the event. Over 70 golfers came out to play and support TTMF.

Sponsors included Broder & Orland LLC, The Megan and Larry Foley Family Foundation, Earth Core Energy Services, and Wittenberg Holmes Partners - UBS. Tee sponsors were Bridgeport Hospital Foundation, Carmody Torrance Sandak and Hennessey LLP, O’Neill & Sons Moving, Barnum Wealth, Salamander Designs, Day Pitney LLP, CT Spine & Health Center and Sign of the Whale. Tournament sponsors were Silver Ribbon Jewelry, Resinall Corporation and the Klein Family. The beverage sponsor was Latis Imports and event photos by Guy Sullivan of DeMaupassant Photography.

Proceeds from the event benefit The Tiny Miracles Foundation (TTMF), supporting families with premature babies in Fairfield County, CT. TTMF assists over 1,200 local families per year through programs at five partner hospitals: Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Danbury, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center and services to the community at large. Support provided by TTMF volunteers who have personally experienced the premature birth of a baby, the complications that arise, the challenges families face, and in sad cases, the loss of a precious tiny miracle, is invaluable to these families. This is one of the many things that makes TTMF so special.
