Three Teens Arrested for Stealing Car in Norwalk: Police

Three people were charged with stealing a car in Norwalk on June 8, according to police.

A woman called police around 11 a.m. to report her car stolen, according to the Norwalk Hour.

Police located the vehicle with the help of OnStar.

Kenneth Mims, 18 of Norwalk was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear. Two juveniles were also charged.
