Woman Suffers Leg Injury In Norwalk Stabbing: Police
The assault occurred Saturday night on Belden Avenue.
NORWALK, CT — A woman suffered a non-life threatening injury to one of her legs Saturday night when she was stabbed by an assailant on Belden Avenue, according to Norwalk police.
The victim was treated in Norwalk Hospital following the 7:26 p.m. attack. Additional details surrounding the circumstances that led to the incident were not disclosed, but police said there is no danger to the public as a result of the assault.
News 12 reported that the stabbing occurred at a fast food restaurant.

Police conducted a search of the area for the suspect, which included using a K9 officer from the Westport Police Department, but the suspect was not found.
The case remains under investigation by members of the Norwalk Police Detective Bureau.
