Auto Parts Company Signs Lease In Orange

ORANGE, CT — An out-of-state auto parts company signed a lease for 12,000 square feet of industrial and office space in Orange.

Family-owned Factory Auto Parts, based in Minnesota, signed the lease at 53 Robinson Boulevard. The company provides original equipment and name-brand auto parts and serves dealerships, fleets, service centers and wholesale customers.

Carl Russell of Pearce Real Estate represented the landlord.
