Business Signs a New Lease in Orange

Michael Richetelli, President of Colonial Properties, Inc., of Orange, announced the completion of five transactions in New Haven County including three sites in Milford, one in Orange and Hamden.

Orange:

Simone Development of Orange, LLC, the landlord negotiated a three year lease with Lice Clinics of America for 1,439 SF of office space at 109 Boston Post Road, Orange. This is a second location for the Tenant.

Milford:
Landlord, Adelina M. Allen, Trustee negotiated a ten year lease for 1,600 SF retail space for a Laundromat at 235 Naugatuck Avenue, Milford, also known as Aldario's Plaza. The Tenant is called The Clothesline Inc.

Milford:

Tenant, Digitaldruker, Inc., an Alpha Graphics franchise, negotiated a five year lease for 2,650 SF light industrial space at 130 Old Gate Lane, Milford. The Landlord is Nancy and Jim Sanderson.

Milford:
Tenant, Connecticut Skin Institute negotiated a five year lease for 2,640 SF of medical office space at 60 Commerce Park, Milford. The Landlord is Milford Medical Associates, LLC.

Hamden:

The former Dixwell Playhouse Theatre at 820-830 Dixwell Avenue sold for $150,000. The seller was the Oliverio Family Trust. Property includes a 20,264 SF light industrial building on .8 acres. A 1,558 SF automotive garage on Cherry Ann Street was also part of the sale.
