Orange Based Colonial Properties Acquires Nutmeg Property Realty

Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc. in Orange is pleased to announce that the company has acquired Nutmeg Property Realty. Nutmeg was founded and run by Orange resident Al Melotto in 2005 and had been located in Milford, focusing primarily on residential real estate services. Melotto and residential agents Carole Annicelli, John Vigliotti and Aileen Magda have all joined Colonial’s staff and together have over 80 years of combined real estate sales experience.
