Here is How Much Money the Home Depot Plaza in Orange Sold For

ORANGE, CT — The Home Depot plaza in Orange sold for $16.25 million recently, according to the Connecticut Post. The plaza is located at 440 Boston Post Road.

The new buyers declined to be identified, the Post reports. Other tenants at the plaza include Work 'N Gear and Five Guys. There is currently 25,000-square-feet of vacant space.
