Industrial Building Sells For $1.8M In Orange

ORANGE, CT — The former Taylor Rental’s building in Orange has been sold for $1.8 million, realtors announced.

The 12,800-square foot retail / industrial building on 1.28 acres at 304 Boston Post Road in Orange was sold to Apple Tree Realty, LLC, O,R&L Commercial announced in a news release.

“Situated along heavily traveled Route 1, the property offers a highly visible retail footprint with a combination of showroom, warehouse and outdoor storage space,” the news release states. “The site’s frontage, access, flexible layout, and large lot make it well-suited for a wide range of retail and light industrial users.”

The property was formerly occupied by Taylor Rental & Party Plus (Twin Coves Rentals) who moved their Orange operation to a larger building at 160 North Branford Road in Branford, according to the news release.

Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller, 304 Boston Post Road, LLC and Ken Ginsberg of KNG Realty, LLC in West Haven, represented the buyer, Apple Tree Realty, LLC.
