Larceny At Popeyes Restaurant Leads To Arrest: Orange Police

Police say the incident occurred at the restaurant last summer.

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven man is accused of a larceny that occurred at Popeyes Restaurant in Orange, police said. On March 12, Officers were dispatched to police headquarters to process Eric L. Washington, 31, of West Haven, who was brought in by the West Haven Police Department, police said.

Washington had an active arrest warrant out of Orange for third-degree larceny, stemming from an incident which occurred on July 22, 2018 at Popeyes Restaurant, police said. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with third-degree larceny.
