Make New Year Resolutions That Stick

Tired of failing to reach your goals? Sometimes when we "make up our minds" to do something, we try our best to do it. When you 'try' to do something, your unconscious mind already knows you have decided to fail. Otherwise you wouldn't be trying, you'd be DOING! Either do it, or don't do it, but don't bother trying. When you are ready…just do it!
