Man Assaults Woman Holding a Child in an Orange School's Parking Lot: Police
Orange police say both the woman the child fell to the ground.

ORANGE, CT — An Orange man is accused of assaulting a woman who was holding a child in the parking lot of Racebrook School earlier this summer, police said.
Both the child and the child's mother fell the ground, police said.
Officers responded to the parking lot of the Racebrook School for a reported altercation in late July, police said recently.

Officers learned that the arrestee, Dennis Bonazzoli, 41, of Grace Trail, had been visiting with his minor-aged children when he got into an argument with their mother, police said.
The argument turned physical at one point, and the arrestee struck the complainant while she was holding one child, knocking her and the child to the ground, police said.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
