New Business Moving Into Orange After Sale
The new business will deal with alternative medicine and whole body wellness.
Orange, CT - A real estate transaction has paved the way for a new business to move into Orange.
Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced that a 1,100 SQFT commercial condo at 472 Boston Post Road in Orange sold for $166,000.
Pearce Real Estate represented both the seller, Kelli Lepensky Jelsma of Sioux City, Iowa, and the buyer, D. Eric Cullen, an expert in the nervous system, spinal column and muscle rehabilitation, according to a news release.

The name of the new space will be Cullen Chiropractic and Wellness Center. It will specialize in sports injuries, alternative medicine and whole body wellness.
