Orange Building Sold, Will Serve As Global Headquarters

The property which includes 6.5 acres of land and will serve as a company's global headquarters.

ORANGE, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Carl G. Russell, CCIM, SIOR, Sr. Commercial Broker of Pearce/George J. Smith Commercial Real Estate in Milford, announced the sale of a 50,666-square foot industrial building on approximately 6.5 acres of land at 70 Robinson Boulevard, in Orange, according to a news release.

The building is being purchased by Robin Equity, LLC of Orange, CT. The property will be repurposed for American Seal & Engineering Corporation to serve as its new Global Corporate Headquarters and the main manufacturing facility for Engineered Products, Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Product Testing and Development.

ASE Corporation is a global technical solutions provider specializing in critical Seals, Sealing Systems and High Performance Coatings. ASE Corporation will operate at three locations in Orange CT. The other two locations will be home to the Surface Technology and Automotive Divisions. ASE Corporation is a multinational company, in addition to the locations in the USA, it has operations in eight locations in Europe and Asia.
