ORANGE, CT — A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 17, Christianna Libero, of West Haven, won $10,000 after purchasing a 10X Cash 13Th Edition ticket from Ohm Grocery Mart Inc. in Orange.
