ORANGE, CT — An Orange business has sold a lucky lottery ticket prize worth $11,250. On Dec. 12, Erin Mcneff Deboulet, of New Haven, played Keno at Shell Food Mart Of Orange and won $11,250, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
