Orange Police: Woman Stole Nearly $800 Worth of Toothbrushes
Police said the alleged theft occurred at Target.

Orange police say they responded to the Target store at 25 Boston Post Road regarding an alleged shoplifter.
Officers learned that Marietta Hickey, 45, of Craftwood Road in Waterbury had allegedly taken $779.74 worth of electronic toothbrushes out of the store without paying, police said.
When officers attempted to place her in custody, the arrestee attempted to flee, but was stopped while attempting to enter a vehicle in the parking lot, police said. She was subsequently taken into custody and charged with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy and interfering with an officer.

She was released after posting $5,000 bond.
