Orange Principal Leaving District For New Job In Wallingford

The elementary school principal has been hired in Wallingford.

ORANGE, CT — An elementary school principal in Orange is leaving the district for a new job in Wallingford. Eric Carbone has been hired as the new principal at Mary G. Fritz Elementary School in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports Carbone, who begins his new job July 1 with a starting salary of $146,821, had been the principal at Peck Place School in Orange since 2012. He replaces Mary Poisson, who is stepping down at the end of the school year to take an administrative position in Glastonbury.
