Orange Property Sells For $500K

ORANGE, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced that a 7,800 square-foot building and adjacent .55 acres of land at 210 Boston Post Road, Orange has sold for $500,000.

Carl Russell represented the buyer, Nelco LLC which is based in Orange. Nelco LLC will developed the property for American Seal and Engineering, also of Orange, which engages in the design and manufacturing of Engineered Resilient Metal Seals and Sealing Systems for OEMs and subcontractor partners throughout the world. The seller of the property, Henry’s Honor LLC, was represented by Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties.
