Orange Realtor Updates Latest Commercial Transactions

ORANGE, CT - Mike Richetelli, President of Colonial Properties, Inc. , of Orange, said his company negotiated the lease for 14,000 square-feet of warehouse space at 155 Hill Street in Milford, which is a multi-tenanted industrial campus.

Gold Medal, which was founded in 1912, and is one of the largest independently owned bakeries in the country, is relocating their Connecticut shipping and distribution operation from West Haven, where Colonial also collaborated on the sale of their building at 958-978 Boston Post Road.

"It's very satisfying for us to be able to assist such a legacy type company with both the disposition of their property and in securing a new location for their distribution operations," said Richetelli.

Colonial Properties also represented the Tenant, Physicians Alliance of CT, LLC (PACT), and the Landlord, Scipmore Realty, LLC in negotiating the lease of 2,000 SF at 477 Boston Post Road, Orange.

PACT will fully renovate the office space, moving their Milford office to Orange. This is their 15th location after opening their doors in 2013.
