Police have charged a West Haven man with Driving Under the Influence and Following Too Closely after a two-car crash at the intersection of Route 34 and Route 121 in the early hours of Sunday, September 16. Police arrested the man, 24-year-old Joseph Pacelli, at 1:37 a.m. after performing roadside sobriety tests. Pacelli was charged and released after posting $50 bail.
