Popular Orange Restaurant Pays Fine, Liquor License Suspended
The restaurant will have its license suspended one day later this month and has also paid a fine.

ORANGE, CT — A popular restaurant in Orange will have its liquor license suspended one day, according to the state Department of Consumer Protection.
In a public posting, the state says that Puerto Vallarta, located at 377 Boston Post Road in Orange, has paid a $375 fine and has been suspended for July 30 due to "conduct of permit premise."
No other details were given. According to the state Department of Consumer Protection, " The establishments listed below were suspended after either: (1) a formal hearing in which the Liquor Control Commission found a violation of state liquor laws, or (2) entering into a voluntary agreement to settle allegations without a finding of fault."
