Rollover Crash Damages Utility Pole, Closes Part Of Road In Orange: Fire Officials
Injuries were reported in the crash, according to officials.
ORANGE, CT — A rollover crash damaged a utility pole and temporarily closed part of Route 34 in Orange on Wednesday, according to fire officials.
The Orange Volunteer Fire Department responded around 1:50 p.m. on March 18 to the 100 block of Derby Avenue on the report of a rollover crash with a “utility pole sheered off,” according to a post on the fire department’s Facebook page.
“The occupants had minor injuries,” officials wrote in the post. “The right lane of Route 34 westbound will be closed for a period of time to replace the pole.”
