825 Hollyhock Lane, sold to Sara Franchini by Mildred H. Frey, $345,000.
377 Narrow Lane, sold to Chantelle Shimono-Legault by George T. Poole, $325,000.
The total of all these selling prices is $1,907,725. The conveyance tax from the sales is $4,298.06.
