Sushi Restaurant Opens In Orange
A new sushi restaurant recently opened in Orange and will hold a ribbon cutting this month.

ORANGE, CT — Sayori Sushi opened a restaurant in Orange at 464 Boston Post Road last month.
The Orange Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at the restaurant Jan. 26 at noon.
The restaurant says on its website that it's "dedicated to serving the finest and freshest foods."

Sayori recently highlighted its Special Smoked Toro, a fatty tuna with pickled wasabi and scallions and topped with wasabi sauce.
Early reviews for Sayori are positive: 27 Google reviewers gave it an average of 5.0 stars.

The restaurant is open five days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and open Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
