Bargain Sale of Newer Colonial in Oxford

While we only found one home sale last week in Oxford–albeit an amazing bargain–there was enough action in nearby Middlebury and Southbury to keep our interest. In Middlebury, a robber baron era mansion sold for a (relative) song, and a buyer snapped up a lakeside cottage. In Southbury, Heritage Village units continued their brisk pace.
