Opening a Restaurant!

I would like to start this post of by saying many of you have noticed I haven't posted a blog in a while. This is because I have been busy working on opening a restaurant.

After owning a catering company for a while now, myself and my busniess partner have made the decision that will enable us to finally make our dreams come true. And, in the process, we have opened a truly one-of-a-kind restaurant. 

Audentia will be a Progressive American restaurant with modern upscale food which has a romantic feel to it. As part of our restaurant, we will feature a night club lounge in the basement, which will have a upscale exclusive feel to it.

I can't provide too many details as of yet but we are looking at a late summer 2013 opening in Chicago! I have attached photos of our sample menus. You can follow our progress at http://www.facebook.com/Audentiacatering

I also would like to give a shout out to all of the OHS teachers who gave me leasons and pushed me to be the best I can be. Without them, I most likely couldn't of made this happen.
