Erratic Driving Leads to DUI Charge For Oxford Man
Police say the 22-year old was pulled over in Naugatuck at 3:15 a.m.
A 22-year-old Oxford man was charged with DUI after a Naugatuck police officer reportedly saw him driving erratically in that town at 3:15 a.m.
In addition to DUI, Andrew Loschiavo was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to keep right on June 30. He was pulled over on Cross Street in Naugatuck, police said.
Loschiavo was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on July 11.
