Riverside Community Church in Oxford has planed scheduled its Easter Worship program schedule beginning during our worship service on Sunday the 19th of Feb when we will have a ceremony to prepare the Ashes for Ash Wednesday on February 22nd. The Church will be open on Ash Wed. from 6:30 AM to 9 AM and from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM so that any one who wants to stop in for prayer, a blessing and ashes can do so during these times.

The Church will also have worship services for Palm Sunday April 1st starting a 9AM with Communion, palms and joyous hymns and children’s story time. Easter Week activities include April 5th Holy Thursday night worship with Communion at 7 PM.

April 6th Good Friday the Church will be open from 12 noon until 3PM for anyone who wants to stop in for prayer and a blessing with Bible readings of the “Way of the Cross” that follows Christ’s journey to the Cross.
Easter Worship Service begins at 9 AM April 8th Easter Sunday. After attending the worship service families will go out side for an Easter Egg hunt for the children.
Families are invited to attend our worship service and then participate in the Egg hunt. Those who wish to stay for the egg hunt, should contact the Church by March 30th and register the number of children who will attend so that we can have enough eggs for all the children to enjoy the hunt. Located in a lovely country setting Riverside Community Church is a non-denominational Christian Church with a long history in Oxford offering a comfortable and slightly casual worship experience open to any person in need of spiritual connection. . Sunday Worship includes a children's story time and then Sunday school open to children during a portion of the weekly service and Fellowship and coffee after.
