Take a step back in time & Celebrate Apple Harvest Season in the heart of Seymour's Historic Antique District this October.


Nestled along brick walkways, "The Seymour Merchants" invite you to experience an unfiltered view into classic Main Street Americana. With a community full of hometown values, all are welcome to enjoy the fall-focused festivities & activities - full of food, fun & vintage treasures from the past.


With a focus on local, this fair is a true farm-to-table celebration. Share in the abundance of seasonal fare — with bounties from area farms & artisan producers. 
Indulge in local fudge, pies, bread, honey, jam, maple syrup, kettle corn, nuts, maple cotton candy, apples, pears, autumn veggies, corn on the cob, coffee, tea, milk, butter, cider, & many other farm fresh items!

Seymour's quaint little downtown is a treasure trove of 
multiple antique, cottage chic, dining & specialty shops. 
From primitives to fine collectibles, art to vintage fashions - each store is packed full of one-of-a-kind treasures - sure to stir your excitement.


As an appreciation for supporting local businesses, each store is offering a special "Apple Harvest Saving", making it even sweeter to find that perfect something!

Children will delight visiting with local alpaca & goats in our "Farm Petting Zoo" -Observe a variety of old world demonstrations - such as wheel & drop spinning, fiber arts, knitting, soap making & more. Meet local master farmers and learn about upcoming classes and workshops.



Located at the All-American Valley General Store Family Fun continues in our " Country Game Arena" 
with activities such as beanbag tosses and face painting, hosted by Walnut Hill Community Church.


Artisan Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Tasting


Ct-based company, The Flavored Olive offers high quality 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils, aged 18-year aged Balsamic Vinegars. Their expansive list of flavors have something for everyone. Children's Book Reading & Signing by Ct Award-winning Author


James Dongweck is the owner/founder of Golden Monkey Publishing, LLC and author of the children’s picture books The Uncrossable Canyon and The Dragon Cant. He earned a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona and was a 2002 Publisher’s Marketing Association University Scholarship recipient. He is also a member of Toastmasters International and a Literacy Volunteer of America.

Creative Arts Competitions 

With many new contests and all your old favorites, it’s easier than ever to get in on the Creative Arts Action at the Apple Harvest Festival! Each participating "Downtown Seymour Merchant" will showcase the works of talented residents in crafts like quilting, knitting, painting & more! Entry for all Creative Arts competitions is free and must be received by October 14th, 2012. 

Delivery of Exhibits : Enter your item at hosting store location by Oct 19th, 2012 

Pick up of Exhibits: Exhibits can be picked up after 5pm on Saturday or Sunday.
