Holiday Brings Dry Spell in Home Sales
Nearby, sales include colonials in Southbury and a mobile home in Naugatuck.
Just one home showed up as sold on the multiple listing service as selling in Naugatuck between July 5 and July 11, a double-wide mobile home, and none in Oxford. Three homes sold in Southbury, all four-bedroom colonials, and one condo in Woodbury. This drop in sales from the previous week could reflect an impact of the holiday weekend on the scheduling of closings. Will more homes sell next week? We’ll have to wait and see.
