Jersey Mike’s Subs Opening In Oxford

OXFORD, CT — Jersey Mike’s Subs will open at 116 Main Street in Oxford on December 14.

Franchise owner Scott Kostyra, Operating Partner William Nicolini, and Marketing Manager Maddeline Kostyra, will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, Dec. 14 to Sunday, December 18 to support Seymour Pink.

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to Seymour Pink in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

“We are so excited to be opening in the Quarry Walk in Oxford, a great mall with great people. We’ve had only positive vibes from everyone we have met so far,” said Nicolini. “See you all soon, serving ‘a sub above’ to Oxford residents.”
