Middlebury's Lawsuit Against Oxford Power Plant Still Pending: Report
The town filed the suit with the state Supreme Court.

MIDDLEBURY, CT — A decision could be handed down this spring from the state Supreme Court concerning a lawsuit filed by the Town of Middlebury against the CPV Towantic power plant in Oxford, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
The town and others filed suit against the facility over its alleged lack of consideration over neighborhood concerns.
The plaintiffs want the owners of the $1 billion facility to pay for additional testing and other financial considerations.
