Newtown Savings Bank Closes One Southbury Location After Opening in Oxford: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — Newtown Savings Bank closed one of its two Southbury outlets at 1450 Southford Road late last month after a new branch opened for business in Oxford as part of the Quarry Walk at Oxford Town Center project, the Republican-American reports.

That Southbury branch had been around since 2007, the Rep-Am states. All six employees were relocated to Oxford.
