Oxford Park & Rec Offers Trip to Bronx Zoo Saturday

The Oxford Parks and Recreation Department will offer at Trip to the Bronx Zoo tomorrow. It's not too late to sign up.

The trip promises to be fun for the whole family. The bus departs the in Oxford at 9 a.m. and will head to Arthur Avenue in Little Italy in the Bronx. Participants will have time to shop the wonderful Italian markets and grab a bite to eat. Participants can feel free to bring a cooler to store any food purcahses on the bus.

After lunch, the bus will head straight to the world famou Bronx Zoo. Admission includes the Bengali Express, World of Darkness, Jungle World, Children’s Petting Zoo, Safari Cable Car, World of Reptiles and Congo Gorilla Forest. It is $60 for adults, $56 for children (ages 5 – 12). The bus will return to Oxford at about 7:30 p.m.
