Oxford Post Office Moves

The Oxford Post Office has moved into the site of the Haynes Materials building at 3 Echo Valley Road.

The office was previously located at 300 Oxford Road but was moved on Monday. It could not be confirmed Friday why the move was made.

The move means the office will be open for an extra hour on Saturdays. The office, which previously opened at 10 a.m. on Saturdays, will now be open from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. The office will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Haynes Materials building will open at 7 a.m. but residents will not be able to use the post office's services until regular post office hours posted above.
