Oxford Restaurant Site Will Soon Serve Up Pizzas

Rolando's Restaurant suddenly closed its doors this summer.

Rolando’s restaurant and bar is not reopening in Oxford, but the site will remain an eatery this time serving up pizzas, reports Jordan Otero, of the Republican-American.

The 143 Oxford Road building recently sold for $600,000, and will reopen as a pizza place.

A “closed for vacation” sign was placed on Rolando’s this summer, but the restaurant never reopened. It remains a mystery as to what happened to Rolando’s as its local taxes were paid, reports Otero.
