US Horse Welfare & Rescue is a volunteer-run nonprofit horse rescue and sanctuary located in the heart of the Farmington Valley. We provide forever homes for horses in need while offering hands-on programs that build confidence, responsibility, and connection for children, teens, and adults in our community. Programs for Avon & Farmington Valley Families:

• Horseback Riding Lessons — Year-round lessons for children, teens, and adults in a calm, supportive, low-pressure environment
• Summer Camp for Kids — Outdoor fun, friendship, and learning with horses right here in Avon
• Teens to the Rescue — A structured volunteer and learning program for teens who love animals and want to gain responsibility and real-life skills
