Basil Yoga Center Offers Free New Series
Ridgefield is invited to attend the Spiritual Conversations Series on April 23 at the Basil Yoga Center.

AN AFTERNOON OF JOY, WISDOM, AND COMMUNITY AT BASIL YOGA CENTER
On Saturday, April 23, from 3:30 to 5 PM, Basil Yoga Center is hosting a new spiritual conversations series to engage the community.
“I am so excited about this event, “ says Khristee Rich. “I started attending Basil Yoga Center this past summer when I suddenly found myself back home due to a family emergency. I was seeking a place to go to for strength during that time and I was called to try a yoga class at Basil Yoga Center. In my first class, I met Basil Jones, the owner, and was so impressed by his wisdom and intuition. During my second class, I met Ping, my Kundalini yoga teacher, and I was hooked. I had found my spiritual community. I recommended my event idea to Basil and was so happy when he was open to the idea.“
Spiritual Conversations: An Afternoon of Joy, Wisdom, and Community will be hosted by Basil Jones, owner and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor at Basil Yoga Center, Khristee Rich, Healer, Actress, and Chakradance Facilitator at The Dancing Curtain in Ridgefield, and Keith Lighting, Soul Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Musician. Each month will cover a new topic.
"Yoga is not just exercise; it is engaging with our spirits, engaging with others, and being joyful,” says Ms. Rich. “I am so grateful to Basil for building this community and for offering so many fabulous new events. I think Basil Yoga Center is creating something very unique in the community.”
Event is free. Meet new teachers at Basil Yoga Center, Khristee Rich and Keith Lightning, and engage in spiritual conversations. Complimentary tea will be available. This monthly series is also available via Livestream to watch live on your computer.
This will be Basil Yoga’s first Livestream event. Basil Yoga Center is located at 31 Bailey Avenue (under Luc’s Restaurant).
