Going into their fifth year steady and strong, Buddhi Mat Yoga welcomes all levels of yogis to the mat. Trust your “buddhi” that intuition inside that tells you what feels right and work from there. The staff at Buddhi Mat will guide you through offering modifications and variations making each practice your own without any expectation. The Yoga will meet you right where you are. If you are new to yoga or looking to further your practice, “Power 101” held once a month will guide you through the Sun Salutations and the primary poses to build a strong physical foundation, as well as introducing some of the philosophy behind the practice of yoga. The biweekly Meditation class offers respite and a chance to be still, quieting your mind. “Flying and Floating”, held once a month, challenges you to take your practice further. The daily classes can be physically challenging, as a full body work out; engaging the body, mind and spirit. Make 2014 the year you commit to working in a little more and working out a little less.
