The Ridgefield Commission on Aging is pleased to invite local seniors to the Senior Voices presentation on Tuesday, July 14th from 1:00-2:30 PM at the Ridgefield Library. This month the talk will be presented by Ryan Wenke, CEO of The Prospector, a local non-profit that includes The Prospector Theater and Prospector Popcorn.
Ryan will share stories about the history of The Prospector Theater and Prospector Popcorn in a way that will help us appreciate this unique gem in our town even more. For over 12 years, The Prospector has helped people with disabilities discover their unique sparkle by matching passion with the person while serving over 1 million visitors. Please join us for this informative event where you are sure to learn something you didn’t know and maybe even sample some gourmet popcorn.
This program is open to the public and is especially valuable for older adults, caregivers, and family members who enjoy The Prospector.
Senior Voices is a free event and hybrid program. Individuals may attend in person or register via Zoom through the library. Participants are invited to enjoy light refreshments and conversation following the program.
