Teens, get creative with needle felting with instructor Katie Stevenson on Monday, July 27th, 3:30-5:30 pm! Please register.
Needle felting is the art of sculpting with wool fibers using a special needle with tiny barbs at the end. The wool fibers tangle together, making the felt. The work surface is a foam block, which keeps the wool in place as you needle the fibers. There are various techniques to create both flat and 3-dimensional projects. Animals and figures are favorite subjects.
