Join writer and editor Anne Witkavitch at the Ridgefield Library on Saturday, October 17th, from 1:00-3:30 pm for a conversation about Press Pause Moments: Essays About Life Transitions by Women Writers, facilitated by author Adele Annesi. They’ll explore the story behind the award-winning anthology and its new second edition, the importance of women’s voices, storytelling through life transitions, and what Anne has learned from bringing together the stories of multiple writers.
The conversation will be followed by Pick Up a Pen: The Power of Writing & Reflection, an interactive workshop introducing a simple personal notebook practice. Participants will explore how handwriting and reflection can help them capture thoughts and experiences, notice patterns and discover ideas that may grow into stories or other writing. No writing experience is necessary. Please register.
