Car Crash Caused Power Outages In Ridgefield Tuesday: Report
Police say a road in Wilton was closed for several hours.

WILTON, CT — A car crash in Wilton caused power outages in town as well as Ridgefield and Redding Tuesday morning, reports the News Times. Police say the crash on North Mountain Road took place at around 7:45 a.m.
The driver's car left the roadway and struck a utility pole, and a one-mile stretch of Mountain Road between Bristol Place and Boulder Brook Road was closed to traffic for several hours.
The driver was uninjured.
