Cool Cool Cool, I Draw Slow Scheduled For This Week’s CHIRP Concerts
CHIRP's Ridgefield concert series continues July 14 and 16 with funk and Americana performances.
RIDGEFIELD, CT — Funk and Americana performances are scheduled this week during the CHIRP concert series in Ridgefield.
Cool Cool Cool will perform Tuesday, July 14, at 7 p.m. in Ballard Park. According to CHIRP organizers, the band formed in 2022 and blends funk, house and R&B music.
I Draw Slow is scheduled to perform Thursday, July 16, at 7 p.m. Organizers said the Dublin-based group is led by siblings Dave and Louise Holden and has appeared at CHIRP during the past two seasons.
The concert series is funded through donations from individuals, foundations and local businesses and is co-sponsored by the town’s Parks & Recreation Department and The Ridgefield Press.
